A Brief Biography of Xiang Li


Dr. Xiang Li is supported by Post-Doctor Innovative Talent Project, advised by Prof. Jianbing Yan, with National Key Laboratory of Crop Genetic Improvement at Huazhong Agricultural University in Wuhan, China. His works focus on the development and application of plant single cell sequencing technology. Based on the technology, some interesting problems associated with meiotic recombination and haploid induction in maize have been resolved. He has published multiple researches in Nature Communications and Molecular Plant magazines. During doctor candidate stage, he acquired national award for Ph.D. students.
